Jim joined Staubach Company to form Staubach AutoGroup in 2002, bringing with him over 16 years of automotive real estate expertise.  Jim spearheads the nationwide efforts of AutoGroup in Development Services. 

A frequent contributor to the J.D. Power International Automotive Retail Roundtable, Jim has been involved in over 40 automotive projects and 500 automotive real estate transactions throughout the U.S.  He is often consulted by the industry media for his sharp perspective on automotive real estate development trends, many of which have recently impacted manufacturer and dealer groups' market share and sales goals.

Prior to his involvement with Staubach AutoGroup, Jim was Principal of Sperry Van Ness Mullin and Mullin Partners Real Estate Corporation.

Rick, as well as Jim, joined Staubach Company to form Staubach AutoGroup in 2002 bringing with him over 16 years of automotive manufacturer and automotive real estate expertise.  His background lends itself to our Strategic Advisory Services and Marketing and Disposition specialties within Staubach AutoGroup by solving complex real estate challenges for manufacturers, dealer groups, automotive real estate developers and municipalities.

With hundreds of transactions under his management, many industry professionals look to Rick for intricate "S.W.A.T. team" solutions to real estate logjams that have not been resolved through traditional means.  His knowledge of franchise law and its real world application, site selection strategies, and the intricacies of auto facility disposition bring exceptional value to our clients.

Prior to Staubach AutoGroup, Rick spent 13 years with Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc., and 6 years with Sperry Van Ness Mullin and Mullin Partners Real Estate Corporation.

Matt Ogle

Matt provides solutions to real estate challenges nationwide for automotive manufacturers, developers, dealer groups, REITs, private investment companies, independent dealers and land owners. 

Matt's primary focus is user representation and assistance with strategic multi-market expansion and consolidation efforts.  Matt provides creative solutions to challenging site selection assignments and national/regional automotive facility roll-out coordination.  Matt also contributes to acquisition, facility disposition, design, and development services, in addition to special research requests for complex automotive/retail markets.

Melody Regan

Melody joined Staubach AutoGroup in 2006 and is responsible for managing the office and providing overall support to the AutoGroup members and clients. Melody brings over 15 years of high-level administrative experience and office management to the AutoGroup.

Previously, she managed a start-up venture and capital-funded office in the semiconductor industry and assisted the president and members of a trade association in the healthcare industry. Melody works closely with staff to ensure the AutoGroup provides the highest standard of service in the automotive real estate industry.

Susan Brahs joined Staubach AutoGroup in 2007 where she specializes in both client services, marketing and overall administrative support. Her responsibilities include the creative implementation of marketing materials and strategies for various national projects as well as working closely with the AutoGroup members to meet our client's needs.

Prior to joining AutoGroup, she served as a marketing assistant within the commercial real estate and wine brokerage industries in Phoenix, Arizona. Susan brings over 7 years of client services and marketing experience to the AutoGroup team.
